Example: The e-commerce giant had ensured that their conversion path was short and streamlined to encourage people to use their platform. Users who spent more than 7 minutes on product page were prompted a "Live Chat" option.
Business Insight: The metric used for measuring this process in the aggregate is conversion rate.
